The 90-minute webinar that aired on May 10th is now available. The webinar reviewed the impact of the April 30th update to the beta site. Presenters included:

Today there will be a new release to the RDA Toolkit beta site. The release will go live in the evening in North America. Part of the release is still in a testing phase and will follow in a week or two.
The RDA Steering Committee is pleased to announce that Honor Moody will succeed Kate James as RDA Examples Editor. Honor will begin as RDA Examples Editor Elect on May 1, 2019 with an eight month training period that overlaps with Kate's term. Honor will then take full responsibility in January 2020, serving a two year term.
The first ever RDA Meeting in Brazil is set to take place next month.
On Thursday, February 21st, a new release of the RDA Toolkit beta site was posted. In addition to fixed links, corrected typos and other minor changes to the text, the release also includes several significant changes to the site display and functionality. Here some of the key changes.
The RDA Board and RDA Steering Committee (RSC) seek a qualified library professional with expertise in RDA and cataloging to take on the role of RDA Examples Editor for a two-year term.

The RDA Steering Committee received and accepted invitations from the following institutions to host the in-person RSC meeting, held annually in late October or early November:
2019: Biblioteca del Congreso Nacional de Chile (Santiago)
2020: National Library of Israel (Jerusalem)
2021: National Library of New Zealand (Wellington)
The RDA Steering Committee announces several changes to its membership:
Kathy Glennan began a four-year term as RSC Chair on January 1, 2019.
Gordon Dunsire has been appointed as Technical Team Liaison Officer, in a two-year term that concludes at the end of December 2020. The Technical Team is in the process of being formed; inquiries to techo@rdatoolkit.org are welcome.
