Citation numbering has been added to the beta site in response to a user need to reference RDA passages in print materials and other non-digital communications.
The format for these numbers is XX.XX.XX.XX. The numbers are random, permanent, and searchable.
On April 30th release to the RDA Toolkit beta site included some significant changes to the RDA standard and improvements to site features and functions. A few of the planned improvements to the site were not ready for the release, but will be added this evening.

Today there will be a new release to the RDA Toolkit beta site. The release will go live in the evening in North America. Part of the release is still in a testing phase and will follow in a week or two.
On April 30, there will be a major update to the RDA Toolkit BETA site that will include a stabilized version of the English test as well as added and improved functionality to the BETA site. A detailed announcement about this release is coming. However, join us on May 10 for a free 90-minute webinar that will review the impact of the April 30 update.
The first ever RDA Meeting in Brazil is set to take place next month.
On Thursday, February 21st, a new release of the RDA Toolkit beta site was posted. In addition to fixed links, corrected typos and other minor changes to the text, the release also includes several significant changes to the site display and functionality. Here some of the key changes.
