RDA Toolkit is an integrated, browser-based, online product that allows users to interact with a collection of cataloging-related documents and resources including RDA: Resource Description and keyword searching all documents; the ability to create, store, and share personal and local cataloging documents; and an unlimited number of profiles that allow individual users to set and save personal preferences. Subscriptions to RDA Toolkit are sold by the user. A user is a single access seat to the toolkit. Buying more than one user allows the subscriber to have multiple users concurrently access the toolkit. A subscriber may buy any number of users.

RDA Toolkit pricing is set in U.S. dollars only. Given the international growth of the Toolkit and the challenges of keeping up with fluctuations in the currency exchange market, simplifying our pricing practices will allow us to provide more reliable service to our customers. Though the price is given only in U.S. dollars, customers are still able to pay in the currency of their choice. The cost will be based on the exchange rate on the day of purchase. The price chart below reflects cost per user beginning January 1, 2022, for individual and institutional subscriptions.
