Update: Concurrency Reports Now Available
UPDATE: RDA Toolkit concurrency reporting is now available through the LibLynx admin site. How to access LibLynx is described below. Once you are logged in you can select the Usage Control tabs. There you will find graphs tracking daily peak concurrency over the past 30 days and monthly peak concurrency for the past 12 months. Currently these reports cannot be exported to a spreadsheet, but that capability will be added soon.
After a long absence related to the RDA Toolkit site migration in January, usage reporting is again available. The usage reports are available through the Administration link in the bottom banner of the official RDA Toolkit. Access to the usage data is dependent on the subscription administrator accepting an invite that will be sent out in the next 24 hours.
The subscription administration part of the site is now hosted by LibLynx and has changed significantly. Here are some major changes to be aware of.
- COUNTER reporting is the only usage reporting currently available
- The usage reports include data from July 2022 (partial) and going forward
- Peak Concurrency reports should be available in September
Please review the attached document that describes the changes to the admin site in greater detail and provides some guidance on using the COUNTER reports.
Any questions or feedback about the admin site and usage reports should be directed to rdatoolkit@ala.org.
