Are you responsible for the social justice and ethical integrity of your library’s cataloging? Diversity, equity, and inclusion are at the heart of the inclusive or critical cataloging movement. Participants will also leave with best practices--and approaches to identify projects--to incorporate inclusive cataloging into their work.

This panel of cataloging and metadata professionals conscientiously seeks to find ways to root out harmful and offensive language from our catalogs. Panelists will provide the participants with real-life examples of what they can do to incorporate inclusive practices into the cataloging practices.
