Updates to the RSC website

The RSC has posted six new Operations documents on the RSC website. These documents supersede the Policy Document series. The Operations documents include:

• RSC/Operations/1 -- Policy and Procedures for RSC Operations
• RSC/Operations/2 -- RSC Position Responsibilities
• RSC/Operations/3 -- General Terms of Reference for RSC Working Groups
• RSC/Operations/4 -- Policy and Procedures for Updating RDA Content
• RSC/Operations/5 -- Guidelines for Proposals, Discussion Papers, and Responses to Them
• RSC/Operations/6 -- Policy and procedures for RSC Meetings

These Operations documents are in a test-and-adjust phase, and will be reviewed at the RSC meeting in October in Santiago, Chile.

In addition to a reorganization of the Documents page on the website, the 3R Project FAQ has also been updated, and several new questions and answers have been added.
