RDA Examples now available

There is something new and notable on RDA Toolkit today. We have added full MARC record examples of RDA cataloging. These examples were created by the Joint Steering Committee for Development of RDA (JSC) and fulfill one of the requests that arose from the U.S. RDA Test. Click here to access the examples. The link will lead you to two PDF files, one containing examples of authority records and one with bibliographic records. Both files are bookmarked to allow for quick navigation of the documents. Each example includes a display of the relevant RDA elements and a complete MARC catalog record.

The examples are free for all and may be downloaded and saved to your computer for easy reference and distribution. And, of course, they can also be printed. These examples should be a valuable resource for RDA training and a regular reference source as institutions transition to RDA cataloging.

The left column navigation includes a link entitled RDA Examples, which will take users directly to the examples. A similar link will be added to the navigation within RDA Toolkit proper in May, so that the examples are always easily accessible to all.

RDA Examples and more of them

Greetings folks,
I found your RDA Examples but only the 28 pdf pages. Are there any institutions currently (June 2013) doing RDA cataloguing where I can search their OPACs and pull up RDA formatted records doing a search?
